I think I can guess and I have since line 3 does point to a particular person (and the reply comment helped for writing style so now I'm nearly sure), but as there are others who could theoretically include such a statement, I'd like it confirmed before I make an idiot out of myself and guess incorrectly!

If I say "Does this count as contact or do I still need to poke you via text as you requested I do if I didn't hear from you?" and you respond knowing what I'm talking about, then I'll know for sure. ;>
